Presently, SB is committed to serve doctors without any charges being levied. However, in order to serve our Members with enhanced features and to keep the application updated with technology, a minimal subscription fee may be levied in future.

At SB, we consider our Members comprising of the Doctors fraternity as our Family and we operate on a quick turn-around-time (TAT) of 24 to 48 hours. Hence, the requisite of a live support hasn’t arisen presently.

You can go to your Profile section and update your new Email id, by generating an authenticated pass code.

MCI No or Medical Licensing Number is normally retained by a practising Doctor. If required there are appropriate sites for the same, which on registration would provide the Doctors with the MCI number on their Personal profile page.

All the updates of SB are OTA (Over-the-Air) Updates

Registered Saviour Members have the provision to change their contact number in their Profile, by generating an authenticated pass code.

SB is an innovative Tech platform developed to support Doctors in the form of a Personalized Tech Assistant that resourcefully supports in managing their demanding everyday schedules with ease. SB serves by digitizing their Patient records for easy retrieval, while performing as a Professional Networking platform exclusively for Doctors to stay connected; updated, share & receive expert opinion. SB will also aspire to act as a Tech Shield that cares and protects Physicians.

SB supports English language

Yes, but only after appropriate authentication obtained from your Personal Mobile device, as SB is a Mobile APP. The other devices would perform as an extension of the authenticated mobile application

We would prefer that none of our Saviour Members opt to deactivate. However, if required, account deactivation can be done by uninstalling the application.

Most of the accounts get activated in few minutes to 24 hours, as SB permits registration of authenticated Physicians only. At certain instances the process may delay, owing to the additional time taken for authentication of documents or mismatch in data received during registration process. This is done to ensure that the Network is void of any fake accounts.

SB may deny accepting a registration, if the applicant is not a qualified Physician in Modern Medicine (Allopathy). At certain instances, the Application may reject registering qualified Physicians due to inadequate credentials. When the required credentials are submitted, the account will be activated after further processing.

The applicant will have to be a Qualified Physician with a workplace ID, Medical licensing number (MCI No.), Personal ID proof and an E-Mail ID.

Being an App for Medical Professionals, SB takes into account only workplace addresses for records, which could be updated as and when required in the Profile section.

Logbook- It performs as a Digital Professional Diary for the Doctor, which records and secures their Patient’s Medical data in digital formats and enables them to instantly retrieve the data for examining or publishing purposes. The Logbook also helps in scheduling Patients follow-up sessions and procedures, with the possibility of transmitting notifications via text messages.

Active book- A book that remains active to enable the Member Saviours to Network and stay tuned to the live updates shared among the fraternity

You will continue to have access to the App, as long as you prefer to continue being a Saviour Member of SB and have your account active.

Your data is highly secure, with advanced data security processes being ensured by SB. Data in-transit and in-storage, are end-to-end encrypted and SB is committed for securing its Saviours data with the supreme standards of security, which would be updated as a continual process.

All the latest news and feeds would be updated in the active book.

The Patient data shared on SB will be anonymous and the Patient’s personal identity is not allowed to be shared by SB. Screenshots are restricted for additional security. The data made available in Loop and shared Log books are end-to-end encrypted and SB will supervise the data shared in Active Book. SB advises all its Saviour Members to get the required consent from their Patients before sharing their data.
