“Application Services” shall include the mobile application offered by Savioursbadge, services offered through the mobile application and e-mailers sent by Savioursbadge.

Indemnity

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Nothing herein shall be construed as a representation by the SAVIOURSBADGE that the information and materials contained in or accessed through the Application Services is appropriate or available for use in geographic areas or jurisdictions other than India. By accessing and/or using the Application Services, you agree that such access and/or use, as well as these Terms and Conditions of Access shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document is an electronic record in terms of the information technology act, 2000 and rules there under in force, and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the information technology act, 2000 from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures for validation, consent or acceptance.

By using and/or visiting this application and/or using the services of savioursbadge healthcare private limited you signify your consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the application or the services of savioursbadge healthcare private limited.

DEFINITIONS

APPLICATION/APP: "Application/App" means the Savioursbadge platform, the mobile application or the algorithm created, developed, designed and made available by SAVIOURSBADGE HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED.

Health Care Organization: “Health Care Organization” shall mean the Medical Institution or Group of Doctors providing Healthcare and Medical services under an official Brand Name

License: “License” shall mean medical license to practice modern medicine (Allopathy) authorized by Government of India

MEDICAL PRACTIONERS: “Medical Practitioners” shall mean only person holding a degree such as M.B.B.S (Bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery )and B.D.S (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) in modern medicine (Allopathy) recognized by Indian Government.

PATIENT HEALTH INFORMATION: “Patient Health information” shall mean health records such as prescription issued by a medical practitioner and test reports.
